Ingredients

 900 grams of tomatoes
100 grams of potatoes
150 grams of marrows
5 teaspoons of celery leafs
3 gloves of garlic
50 grams of onion

 Preparation:
 Finely chop onion and celery and cut marrows and potatoes in cubes. Fry in oil for 5-7 minutes. Peel and slice tomatoes and bake to dry. Mash all vegetables and put in а large saucepan. Poor 2 1/2 glasses of water over the veggie mixture. Boil and leave the soup to simmer for 15 minutes. Add salt, pepper, and parsley. Serve with toasted bread.
