Avocado and Orange Appetizer
INGREDIENTS:
Washed and drained fresh spinach leaves;
6 small size red potatoes (pre-cooked);
two tablespoons of balsamic vinegar;
five tablespoons of olive oil;
one bunch of radishes (sliced);
one teaspoon of sugar;
two teaspoons of orange zest;
two oranges;
two avocadoes
PREPARATION:
Combine potatoes, spinach, and radishes in a bowl. Mix oil and vinegar in a glass, add orange zest and sugar. Season the mix with salt and pepper and drizzle over the salad. Place it on a large platter and decorate with avocado and orange slices.

Today, there are an estimated 5 million Freemasons all over the world. They are organized in lodges, mutually recognizing each other i.e. being in amity.
